We are not able to complete work on private property without the consent of the property owner or owners.
This means if your home is owned by someone else or you live in a multiple dwelling unit such as an apartment block, Enable is required to get consent before we can install our fibre broadband network.
Consent may also be required if you live down a shared accessway - you can read more about our property access requirements here.
We will work closely with you to obtain the required consent.
Your consent will allow us to:
- assess what work needs to be done in order to install our fibre broadband infrastructure and equipment;
- install the required network infrastructure and equipment;
- maintain our network and equipment as required; and
- install infrastructure and equipment to other relevant customers that order fibre broadband services in the future.
