Please refer to our End User Terms that sets out Enable’s liability for compensation. These were signed prior to the installation occurring. Clause 4, ‘Exclusion of all other liability’ excludes Enable from any liability or compensation requests.
In addition, your contract for service is with your internet service or IT provider so you need to discuss any claim for compensation with them.
