The process to get your home or business connected to fibre broadband involves up to three visits: Plan, Build and Connect.
The second visit when we complete the build works will be done as per the plan you have signed off on. The team will try and complete the build two to three days prior to your Connect appointment in case any issues arise, but depending on the weather this may be pushed back.
You have the option to be notified 24 hours prior to the build so that you can be made aware of when it is happening. Unless advised otherwise, you do not need to be present for the build work (outside) to be completed.
