The location of the tube outside your property can be addressed during the planning process at the time of connection.
We have given careful consideration to the placement of our network. We placed the tube in the most logical location from a connection perspective.
We recognise that, on rare occasion, this location turns out to be untenable. If this is the case, we will consider moving the network tube. We consider the suitability of doing so on a case-by-case basis and at the time of connection.
