We’re following the Ministry of Health’s advice and adhering to the guidelines for each of the three Traffic Lights under the Protection Framework, which includes having protocols in place to keep track of where our people have been, applying stand-down periods following travel or ill-health, and ensuring our people follow strict hygiene requirements before entering a customer’s property. Our technicians are also equipped with protective gear to wear inside your home if required, or you request it.

If anyone in your home is at particular risk of COVID-19, or is unwell leading up to your appointment, it is important that you call us so we can manage the situation appropriately – such as ensuring the person self-isolates in another room while we complete our work.
