You live in a property owned by the Housing New Zealand Corporation (HNZC / HNZ), therefore we need their consent before we can get you connected. We have an existing process in place for this so there is no need to contact your tenancy manager directly.
We will book a contractor to complete your Plan, and then we will forward this to HNZC for their approval to proceed. Once we have received approval from HNZC, we will notify you and proceed with your installation. Please note Housing New Zealand properties do not allow fence line as an installation method.
