I rent my home
In order to bring fibre to your home, we require your landlords’ consent. Once we’ve received your order and visited your home, we’ll provide your landlord with a copy of our proposed installation work and ask that they complete our online consent form. Once consent is received, we’ll proceed with the installation.

I’m a property owner
If you live in a home that you own, we’ll provide you with the agreed plan of the work we’ll be doing to install fibre and ask you to sign it along with our end-user terms before we proceed with the installation.
If you also share your driveway or live down a right of way, we may require consent from all property owners who have a legal right to use the accessway. You can find more information here.
If you’re a landlord, your tenant must place an order for fibre before we can install it in your property. We’ll then provide you with the plan detailing how we’ll bring fibre into the property, so you can consent to the work. You can find the landlord consent form on our website here.

I share a driveway or right of way
We need to complete some work to bring fibre down the accessway and to the boundary of each home. All property owners who have a legal right to use the accessway must be advised of our proposed plans and in some instances, we may require consent. Once your order is placed for fibre, we’ll visit the accessway and let you know if consent from all property owners is required.
