What’s happening?
From early 2025 to onwards, we’ll be upgrading our network infrastructure. During this period, you may experience a brief, one-off interruption as we migrate your service to the new hardware.
Maintenance window
The service interruption will occur during our scheduled maintenance window which is between 11PM to 6AM on weeknights.
What to expect
There will be a brief, one off 30-minute interruption to your service during the scheduled maintenance window.
If you experience connectivity issues after the maintenance window, you may need to restart your Enable fibre box (Optical Network Terminal) and your router which is plugged into the Optical Network Terminal.
