I am connected to Enable fibre broadband and I want my Optical Network Terminal (ONT) moved
If you have an existing Enable fibre broadband connection and would like Enable’s Optical Network Terminal (ONT) moved, simply call your internet provider to make this request. They’ll then notify us, and we’ll be in touch to book the appointment(s) for a date and time when you’re available for our technician to meet you at your home/business.
Please note there may be a charge associated with your request, and your internet provider will discuss this with you before we begin our work. If you're not the property owner, consent is required.
What will the appointment(s) involve?
- If the move is relatively straightforward (for example, you would like your ONT moved to a different position in the same room), we’ll likely book one appointment for our technician to complete the work. Our Customer Care Team will let you know if only one appointment is required.
- If the move requires a bit more work (for example you want to move the ONT to a different room), we’ll likely book two appointments. The first of these appointments is an initial Plan appointment, where the technician will look at where you would like the ONT moved, and what work is required. The second appointment is where the technician will complete the work to move our ONT, as agreed in the initial plan.
