If you're moving to a new home and the Optical Network Terminal is missing the power cord, you can order a replacement cord and we’ll have it delivered to your address.
Simply submit a 'missing or damaged ONT power cord' request and we'll arrange for a new cord to be couriered to the address provided, free of charge. Standard delivery times will apply, and we'll aim to have the cord delivered within 2-4 business days.
