Enable provides a pro-active service lead-in to properties within our coverage areas – provided an open trench is supplied from the Fibre Access Point at your property boundary to your building. This service is free for existing properties that have not been previously connected to Enable fibre.
Contact us on 0800 434 273 between 8.00am-5.00pm Mon-Fri with at least 48 hours’ notice of when the trench will be open and accessible, and we'll confirm where the Fibre Access Point is at your boundary. You'll need to let us know the length of the trench, and if there are any bends (including the degree of the bends). We'll then visit and install our red fibre ducting. The service trench must be open and accessible when we arrive on site.
