Enable will supply all ducting as part of our installation – the path this ducting will take to reach your property will be agreed with you as part of the planning visit.
However, if you already have spare ducting installed, we'll look to use this if it's green, white, red or grey unbranded and unoccupied ducting. We'll only use ducting that is on your property.
Free proactive lead-in service
Enable also provides a free proactive lead-in service that you can use if you're replacing your driveway or getting service trenches opened (if your property is within our coverage area).
Contact us on 0800 434 273 between 8.00am-5.00pm Mon-Fri with at least 48 hours’ notice providing the length of the trench, and if there are any bends (including the degree of the bends). We'll then visit and install our red fibre ducting. The service trench must be open and accessible when we arrive on site.
